Top Ten Nominated Front Yard Gardens 2010
Ella Fudge Bolton Street

Admired for years by everyone as they drive up Bolton St. to Ski Club Road from Graniteville, Ella's garden features bright lilies, beebaum and assorted flowers filling the yard with colours for all to enjoy. Congratulations to Ella for being recognized as one of North Bay's top ten front yard gardens.
Nancy Greco Vivyenne Court

Best seen in the morning this east facing garden is dramatically terraced towards the street on the steep hill that is Vivyenne Court.
Congratulations to Nancy on making the top ten front yard gardens a recognition shared with only one other garden in the Birchaven area of the City.

Chris MacMillan Jane St.

One of the outstanding front yard gardens on Jane St. passersby can be forgiven for thinking they are in a park rather than along major city street. With only enough lawn to provide room for a wicker bench, this garden is a pleasure to see and everyone is encouraged to slow down as you drive by or even better stop for a moment, get out of your car and smell the snap dragons!
Chown Bain Drive

Brian Cornish Campbell Avenue

Another of the beautiful front yard gardens on Campbell Avenue make it a pleasure for everyone to enjoy as they walk or even drive by. If you can catch Brian outside he may be in the mood to show his extended gardens in the back and side yards aswell.
Cameron Sanders Joseph St.

With a beautiful goldfish pond and well maintained this garden is already well know to neighbours.
Maria Belec & Moreau Blair St.

A gem of a small, well thought out & colourful front yard garden. Never enter anyone's back yard gardens without permission but if you should be lucky enough to meet the gardener and ask permission, often the back yard gardens are just as pretty to enjoy.
Mariane Buck McIntyre St. W.

A garden that is a pleasure to watch all year long from early tulips to daffodil mixes to bright lilies, this front yard garden on Campbell Avenue has received many nominations over the years.
